Thanks for that.
I looked them up - is there a way to see if they married?  is there somewhere that matchs births , marriages, deaths?
Just thought I'd check.
Many thanks,
Geraldine

Hi,
Mary & John Abraham married in 1887.
Christina born 1887 dec.
Nicholas born 1890
Joseph 1896
John 1903
William 1906
Mary Jane 1909.
That's the full family. I've reason to believe Nicholas married in 1917 in West Derby - but don't know to who.
They had some children too - Catherine 1919 was eldest.
Thanks &regards,
Geraldine

Hi,
Would like to find out what happened to any members of the Abraham family who left Ireland in and around 1901/1923.  They were born in Wicklow and lived in the town itself.  I believe some may have ended up in Liverpool area.
Thanks,
Geraldine.

Got Marriage cert of Christina's parents. Her grandfather was named John Abraham too.  He was a soldier. His bride Mary Roe her father was Nicholas Roe.  He was a Skipper. and Eliza Roe her mother.  We have found her grave in Rathnew (Elizas). Don't know what happened to Nicholas.  He is not buried with her.
Also got cert for a second child - John Doyle born March 1913.  His elder sister Annie Doyle born 1911 showing on 1911 census - we still don't know what happened to her?
If you can help in any way that'd be great.
Thanks,
Geraldine

Hi Tara,
Nicholas would be my dads uncle.
If he married and had children they might be still around??????
My Dad would love to meet some living relatives.
Thanks again,
Geraldine

How did you find that out? That's amazing.  Liverpool is connected as my Dad was born there.

The Abraham family lived in Wicklow town in 1901.  Does anyone know where they went?  By 1911 they are gone.  I think maybe some went to Liverpool.  Is there a way of checking ships passenger lists? Any help much appreciated,
