Also, The only information I have on Peter Joyce coming from Ireland is from the family, my Grandfather. I may have seen his son, whose name was James William Joyce showing that his father was from Ireland on his Military records I found. He served under the Glasgow Greys Regiment if my memory serves me. I cant figure out where that source is no. I think it was from some personal papers another relative found while he was doing research.

Update. I manged to locate Peter Joyces Death certificate. Died 23 march 1868 in Wharton. Nothing more to go on. He was 67 years old and a saltmaker. It doesn't even say he was from Ireland. Where do I look for a census that syas he might have been from Ireland please?

I’m a bit perplexed as to who this couple(Harris) would be in relation to Martha? We’re they living in the same home at the time of the census?

Thank you so much for the information you have supplied in which I can further research. Martha was married on the 18 April 1901, Neath district, Glamorganshire, Wales. So I will look for a marriage cert. based on your suggestions. So grateful for the links and hep!

Pembrokeshire / Martha Williams (Married name Martha Mathias)

I am trying to help my daughter research her ancestor Martha Williams, or more importantly her PARENTS who are nameless so far. There is ample information on Martha Mathias from Family search and from the England and Wales census in 1911. She was estimated to be born in 1879 at
Puncheston  Pembrokeshire and was married to a John Mathias. they had 6 children. How might I be able to find out who her parents were? would there be that information on a birth certificate if I were to obtain one and could someone point me in that direction please? I am living in Arizona unfortunately...if I were in those areas, you know where I would be spending my time. thank you in advance for any help.
