Hi, I am trying to find my G Grandfathers, (Joseph Henry Marsh) history pre his marriage in 1883 where he states his father as a Henry Marsh, solicitor in Chichester. This is the earliest record I have and cannot find any records of a Henry Marsh in Chichester that fits. So I appear to have come to a dead end!
I recently found another living relative who is related to my G grandfather Joseph. She has an old box of papers belonging to her late grandfather. The attached notes being one that we cannot decipher. Can you help please? We think it is signed Mary Marsh 1812 and so could be critical to our investigation, but cannot decipher anything else on the two notes. I'm hoping you can?
Please see attached copy.
Regards Eddie Marsh.
