George was still a convict and would have had to apply to marry, and he didn't get a conditional pardon until 1848. He applied to marry Elizabeth/Eliza DOYLE

My George Frost and Mary Donnelly had twelve children first born Susanna Frost 10 Aug 1843 another daughter my great grandmother Charlotte frost born 1847 George died 02 Dec 1867 Noraville, he was in Australia 33 years according two his death certificate that would be abt 1834
there has been some confusion between George Frost and Elizabeth Doyle.
