wivenhoe, no I know nothing. Anyone who may have been able to tell a tale have passed away. The lady who was matched to me said it was common knowledge but it's not something I've ever heard.

ShaunJ, yes! I saw those also he was found drunk and disorderly in Worcester town centre in 1939 too! My Nan probably threw him out!! He was a bit of a b****r by what I can see!
Wivenhoe, That was all she said. No mention of anything else. I think she is in her 80's so doesn't want to give any skeletons out.

I have found a print out of their marriage certificate and it says he is a bachelor.

He married my Nan Magaret Isabel Trestrail in 1933. She is the only one I knew about. I matched a half cousin through DNA matches and she told me about the bigamy. I did ask her for more information but I was brushed off so didn't message her again. K Garrad, you may have something there, but I can see that he died in 1953, my grandad died in 1972. He could possibly made a change to his name. Maybe I need to get a copy of that marriage certificate.

Good Morning All! I have a question regarding my Grandfather Hubert Fasha Grenville Floyd. Apparently I have recently found out, he was a bigamist  :( I have tried looking at old newspapers to see if it went to court but have come up empty handed. If there is anyone on here that is a relative or can access sites I can't, I would love some information. Thank you all in advance :)

Herefordshire / Re: Cyril George WOODING

ok. I am now in receipt of Cyril's birth certificate. His father is Frank Daniels/Daniells and his mother is Laura Wooding.
She is also listed as Daniels but I can't find any marriage for the pair of them. I can find one of Frank marrying a May Hankins in December 1918.
His full name is Oscar William Frank Daniells at birth.
I did find his Regimental & Service records.
Thanks everyone who put up suggestions. Couldn't have done it without you all : )))
