I would appreciate seeing the ad. The information in my scrapbook (as written by Joseph's grandson, my great-grandfather, 70 years after the fact) is that Thomas's eldest son Joseph Bridgett bought the house from Thomas's estate in 1834 and then sold it out of the family to Miss Strutt in 1837 when he moved his family to Colney Hatch. I haven't verified that through any external sources.
