Hello all

I am currently on holiday near Keswick and as my 4x great grandfather was from Greystokes I popped to the church to look how amazing it was and I got talking to the vicar and told him what I was doing and he borrowed me a book of the registers of the parish of greystokes in Cumberland baptisms marriages and burials 1559-1757 if anyone would like me to look for info for them let me know will have it for 3 days

Beautiful place and lovely people

Thanks

Durham / How to find House
« on: Thursday 28 June 12 12:33 BST (UK)  »
hello Wondering if anyone could give me some help.

my mam has just moved and the house was built in 1895, it is number 131 but when i have looked back in the census' i can not find anything above 80's. how will i find what the house was in 1900's? She has not got her deeds back yet but she said when she looked at them in solicitors it did not have anything like that on.

Could anyone give me any clues how to find out?

Thanks

Curtiss
