There is such a family in 1851 but the ages are completely different  from those you have  quoted .

Mary Ann .Born Caron would have been born in
Caron Uwch Clawdd(Strata Florida)
There is a Mary born and living there (age a little out) enumerated in 51 as Harries and 61 as Harris

Possible Cardiganshire marriage.

The family do not appear in the 1861 Gwent Fhs census index of Newport.
In that year over 4000 names out of a population of approximately 9000 in Newport are missing due to lost records.

Penycae was  an early name for Ebbw Vale.
Not sure when the Ebbw Vale Cemetery opened . It is on the Old- maps site in 1886.
Responsibility for most Ebbw Vale burial grounds now lies with the Borough of Blaenau Gwent.
They may be able to help.
