Hi Gang

Is anyone planing on going to HEF record office & if so could they spare me the time to check some dates taken from an old British Vital record Disk PRETTY PLEASE

The records are all for Whitbourne HEF  & are the children of John & Mary Holliday (Mary's maiden name was Beddington)

James Bp 15 SEP 1793, Mary Bp 7 DEC 1794, John Bp 7 AUG 1796, Sarah Bp 21 OCT 1798, Charles (my gt gt grandfather) Bp 1 FEB 1801, William Bp 17 JUL 1803, Anne Bp 5 MAY 1805, George Bp 21 FEB 1808 any additional information would be more than welcome.

This is pushing my luck but I wonder if it would be possible to check the marriage of John Holliday & Mary Beddington C17192 Whitbourne I presume but have nothing but their childrens baptisms to go on.

Hi Gang

Can I beg a favour of anyone going to the record office that covers St James

I am trying to help a good friend of mine, who is trying to trace the parents of William Henry Price & Charlotte King who married [according to the GRO] at St James in the MAR 1/4 of 1861 [1b 459] - I know the easiest way would be to purchase the certificate, but my friend only has old age pension to live on & on top of that she is a widow.

I hope that some kind soul will take the time to have a look at the film with this marriage entry on & let me have the details

I thank you all for taking the time to read this

All the very best
