The last will of Allan Carr  Yeoman died 1790 lists wife Jane ?? 6 sons and 4 daughters
Sons Rodgers,
William
Thomas
Allan
Stephen
John
Duaghters Margaret, and Jane
Ellen married to Isack Gardner
Mary     :       to Thomas Gardner.

No dates given for any of the above  the address on the will is
Phillipisons Tenement within the Dalehead Parish of Sladiburn

Can anybody suggest where I can look for any records for Slaidburn, before 1790 or after,

I think the following family left the UK after August 1871 when the parents married, they are

Joseph Peyton 1833 born Gloucestershire
Sarah Peyton 1831   born Staffordshire.

There are 4 step children with the surname Ray born between 1851/1861 who might be with them, also 2 Payton children Harry 1864 & Mary E 1866.

Not much help I know they do not appear on the UK 1881 Census.

Looking for the marriage of the above in Washington County possibility that the surname was Oconnell.

Georgina was born in Bootle Lancashire in 1888 and is recorded as the niece on the 1911 Census of Mary Ann Coupe living at 68 Canal Street Bootle, don't know who her parents were,

Good Morning,
I am researching the Coupe family:

George Coupe 1807 married Alice Howarth 1832 in St Nicholas Church Liverpool.

The first child was born and baptized 1835 Bootle Lancashire, the next 7 children were all born Ireland.

George by trade was a joiner

Why would they go over to Ireland ?? Don't know what part of Ireland they settled in but by 1849 they were back in St,Helens Lancashire where the last child was born.

I have all the Census info once the family return to St,Helens but struggling to find any records of them in Ireland which I know might be looking for a needle in haystack.

This John was born 1856 Sutton St,Helens Lancashire parents Daniel & Sabina Galvin nee (Burke),
I have lost all the records I found for John when he was in the USA.

John is in St.Helens on the 1871 Census but that's the last time we have him in St.Helens.

Can anyone help please to find John in the USA,
