Hi

Does anyone have problems accessing BT - e-mail or site?

Both OH and I have this message when we try to access the site/e-mails.

Canada / Winifred Edith Cooke 1912 - ? COMPLETED 1912-1975
« on: Monday 02 May 22 14:55 BST (UK)  »
Winifred is a 2C2R of mine.

I'd be grateful for any information about her after her marriage in 1928

Winnifred Edith Cooke was born Q1, 1912, Sunderland, Co. Durham, England. Her parents were Charles Edward Cooke and Bertha Levy Wilkinson. No marriage has been found for this couple although they are living together in 1911. // Winifred is living with her aunt and uncle in Sunderland in 1921.

Bertha Wilkinson  (as Betty) married a William Wilson  in Newcastle upon Tyne  Q3 1921.

Winifred  Cooke and Betty Wilson arrive in Quebec on 16 Nov 1924 aboard the Doric (dept Newcastle 6 Nov). They were going to William Wilson in Oshawa, Ontario.

Winifred  marries a William John Garvey (b Hamilton c. 1906)  in Oshawa on 28th June 1928. Her  correct parents names are on the cert. Witnesses were J G and Agnes Parker.

I've not found anything definite after this. There is a possibility that she later married a William Gimbert.

Thanks for information about her life after 1928.

Add - I'm related to her via her father who remains in Co. Durham and dies in Harlepool in 1950.

Technical Help / Gmail-BTmail - COMPLETED WITH THANKS
« on: Wednesday 13 April 22 11:34 BST (UK)  »
Last night I sent a weblink from my Gmail address to OH's BT email address. He didn't receive it. It wasn't in his inbox, spam or any other folder.

I tried again this morning with the same result. I then used another gmail act. Same result. I then sent him the link via my BT address. It was delivered without any problems.  Note he uses BT webmail.

I then sent a test message from my Gmail address to my BT address. It didn't come through.

There doesn't seem any notice  on the web that there is a problem with BT/gmail

Has anyone else had this problem or is it just us??

« on: Monday 14 March 22 17:19 GMT (UK)  »
Hi
I've been checking up on my Shropshire ancestors this afternoon but can't  open any of the parish record images. Other images from other record sets that I've looked at are opening.

Does anyone else have this problem or can tell me what the message means, (other than that the  record image browser can't open Shropshire images) please  :-X

This is the message that I get:
