Suffolk / baptism look up

ipswich register office/library,
can some one please advise me where would i go in ipswich to find a baptism for 1804 according to grave stone born 21/2/1804 name robert staulkey i think he was born leiston or perhaps walsham le willows i am in glasgow but hoping to get down to leiston end june any advice on the record office would be most helpfull or perhaps sumone has the baptisms for leiston and could kindley help with look up the name could slightly differ from staulkey. i am trying to get further back with this unusual name cant trace any others and name will die out thanks again for kind help
