Donegal / Help with parents of Sarah Fullerton

Helping a friend re her Fullerton family and looking for the parents of Sarah Fullerton b. c. 1851 in Minaward Buncrana and married Bernard McLaughlin in Buncrana 28 Jan 1872. Sarah's father was Alexander Fullerton b.c. 1830 Shandrim Buncrana. Hoping to find Alexander's wife's name. Would welcome any help.

I'm having difficulty getting the Seanruad database to work - can access the webpage but the search engine doesn't appear to work- Is anyone else having this problem or is it possibly my P.C. which I have just changed.

Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Help decihering 1836 Petition

This is from the file of  John Coss who was sentenced to transportation for life in 1836 and his wife petitioned for clemency. It is a from a copy of a microfilm that is  not very clear - I have tried to improve the image as much as possible.
The hand writing is very difficult to decipher and would welcome any help.

Can't decipher cause of death fully
Have Acute P---- Congestion
and under Contributory factors can really read last word which I think is Myocarditis. Afraid the qualityof the image is not very good.

I have found a marriage in Chicago in 1896 and before I order the cert would like to know what information is contained in it. Does it give parents' names.

Would anyone have access to the Cyclopedia of Canadian Biography Vol 1
Vol 2 is online at archive.org but I understand the person I am looking for is in Vol 1
Thomas McKenny b. 1840 Dublin Ireland - I have quite a lot of information on Thomas but it seems that in Vol 1 there is a reference to his brother John McKenney that may givve clues to find John.
Thomas parents were James McKenney and Harriett Donovan Dublin and he lived in
Thornbury Ontario.

Hope someone can help.
