I'm looking for a birth,baptism in Ingastre of a William Cristoe, 1825.
Parents were Robert and Sarah.
I'm hoping for a possible maiden name for Sarah.
Hopefully there may have been the wedding of the two parents there.
William was their first known child. his mother was born in Brokswich. Staffs

He was residing in Booth fold, Newchurch. Lancs in 1881.
his occ was a tailor and was possibly with his father James.

I have an ancestor who died in Walton workhouse Lancs. Under his occupation of Wright it says " Father of Kirkdale" Does this have any signifcance at all?

I'm trying to find the whereabouts of Alfred Jones born 1867 Horsehay. Dawley
1881 he was with parents Benjamin and Emma in Dawley. !901 free search has him in St Julian district being a blacksmith.

Would also like to find his parents in 1891. Benjamin born Dawley 1829 and Emma 1830 in Dawley.

Lily 1876
Lotty 1880
Ellen 1882 All born Leamington.

In 1881 they were in Queen St Leamington Priors. Looking on the free 1901 search Robert was still in Leamington Priors as were daughters Lotty and Ellen.

Can anyone tell me what the name of this place of birth of one of my ancestors is. It looks like Haymond but I can't find any mention of it in lists of Shrophire villages.
