Cheshire / Birth my g/grandmother

Margaret Downs born about 1849 either Hyde or Ashton under Lyne

Married Aaron Vaughan 1868 at Ahston under Lyne and according to marriage cert fathers name was William Downs ?? Aaron and Margaret had eight children who have all been accounted for

she died in Featherstone in 1895.
My grandfather subsequently married twice more.
Would really like to know who my g/g/grandparents were as can find no evidence of her birth.
Hope someone can give me hand with this onr as have been looking for some time now

Yorkshire (West Riding) / Thomas Laurence Irvin

Finally managed to track a copy of the 1911 census

which was very badly transcribed..was looking for Irvin, transcribed as FREIN

no wonder it took me so long to track.
William Irvin 1878-1937 and Emily Darlison 1878-1956 had another son the above Thomas Laurence born Apr 1904 in Halifax, there is a death also in Halifax in Jun 1972..apart from this I know nothing about him..cannot remember Aunt Em or my grandmother (her sister) ever mentioning him, both William and Em are buried in Featherstone with their daughter Miriam..so really I am at a loss..have worked my way through An****** have tried googling the name but nothing at all, am assuming he may have been married then am not sure. Can anyone help please.

Looking for death of Violet Hall born 1908 Featherstone. Married Harold Kendrew 1932 at Glass Houghton. Harold died 1963 at Selby (I think) so there is a possibility she may have re-married as she would have only been about 55 years old

Can anyone help please.

but how on earth do I go back to the old search method..don't like the new way. Probably having a seniors moment

I wish An***** would stop changing things..getting to old for this.

Staffordshire / Selina Darlison/Darlaston

My 1st cousin x3, dob 1879 West Bromwich.
She first appears in the 1881 census at 54 Sams Lane West Bromwich with mother down as Harriet Darlaston born Church Greasley 1823 and who is a widower, but as she is 56 at the time of Selina's birth I have my doubts olus she has been a widower for 13 years ??. Selina then appears in the 1891 in Birmingham as the niece of Henry and Mary James but I can find no family connex apart from the fact that Mary James was born in Church Greasley and so was Harriet Darlaston

Can find nothing after that

can anyone help with this please adding to the problem is the transcritions Silna/Sylvia/Selina and Darlison/Darlaston etc etc.
Need all the help I can get

Help to find my great aunt born 1884 Featherstone W.Yorks.
Married Thomas Parkes (dob 1882 F"Stone) Apr qtr 1904.
Have not been able to find either of them after the marriage, trawled through 1911 census but no luck same with deaths etc etc and also emigration, looks like another brick wall..Help needed ??Regards patvp

Eleanor/Ellen LOWE born approx 1821 West Bromwich. She married James Darlison 07 Dec 1840 St Martin, Tipton Staffs.
1841 census - West Bromwich, Old Lane possibly with Jame's brother and sister Thomas age 15 and Mary age 13.
1851 census West Bromwich,
1861 Newhall Derbyshire.
1871 Wombwell Yorkshire.
181 Ackton W.Yorkshire.
1891 Ackton W.Yorkshire
She died in 1892 15Jun at Alma St. Loscoe, Ackton.

Have been unable to find a birth for her, there are so many Lowe's it is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Help really required for this one, can anyone help please.

Yorkshire (West Riding) / Vaughan family - Handsworth

Having problems with brothers and sisters of my g.g.grandfather.
Thomas Vaughan and Mary Osbourne were married at Handsworth in 1814.
Chrildren as follows.
George Thomas 1814, Hannah 1816, Joseph 1817, Benjamin 1819, Moses 1820, Thomas 1822 (my g.g.grandfather), Aaron 1823.
All born Handsworth.

Cannot find Geroge, Hannah, Joseph, Benjamin came to Australia and died at Long Gully, Victoria, Moses, Aaron. Thomas and Aaron both appear on the 1841 census..nothing after that.

I have gone around in circles

and really don't know where to go next they seem to have just dropped of the earth.
can anyone offer advice and help please.

Think I may have appealed for help before, but cannot remember when.

William Darlison (or variations Dallison, Darlaston etc) my Grandfather x4 dob abt 1793 possibly West Bromwich ??
Fact -He married Ann Reed 14 Aug 1815 St Mary Handsworth. They had 5 children as follows.
John baptized 05 Sep 1819 Wesleyen West Brom although he was born in 1815.
Thomas bap West Brom 1824.
William bap 1827 West Derby Lancs.
James abt 1820
Mary Ann bap 1829 St Helens Lancs.

By 1830 they were on the road !!
as have a copy of Settlement examination from the town of Eccleston in the conty of Lancaster , their legal settlement is Bedworth ?? and they were ordered to be removed there. This would probably be the reason for the children being baptised in various places.. Have tried every which way to find William
and had more or less given him up but thought I would give it another try. can anyone help please
