The first column may read : The Midland Great Western Rlwy (Ireland) Co. Having offices at Broadstone City of Dublin.
The fourth column appears to read: That deft did on the 17th October 1911 at Mulranny in the County of Mayo, unlawfully, willfully & maliciously damaged & injure complainants land by cutting grass thereon value of injury done being 5/-".
I cannot make out the last column of dates and numbers.
The thing that confuses me is that the offence was cutting grass, or am I reading that wrong? Can anyone shine some light on that for me please?
Also, are you able to tell the outcome i.e., would the defendant have gone to prison or paid the fine?
