Hi There everyone,
Wondered if there was a Sarah Catton in Prestbury / Cheltenham in 1841-1861 census'
She may have been a midwife as she was with Mary Mills in 1853 when Mary died in childbirth.

Does anyone have a Glenys Olwen Mills in their family ?
Parents were Edward George Mills and Gwyneth Olwen John.
married in 1935.
I think that Glenys married someone named Nation, but I do not know what year.
I have information on George's family that I am willing to share.

Hi all,
I am having trouble finding John and Ellen Brookes in the 1891 census they were both born in Manchester and his occupation was a tanner.
Son Thomas born in 1880 and son Frank around 1875, daughter Ellen (Hannah) born about 1870
Is anyone else researching this family as I would like to know what happened to Ellen Amelia's daughter and son after she died in 1912.
I have some information on her son Edward Mills that I am more than willing to share.

Staffordshire Lookup Requests / Margaret Mills bc 1897 mother Ellen Amelia

Hi All,
I have recently found a lost realtive
Edward George Mills b 1903 . He was sent to a boys home or orphange when his mother Ellen Amelia died in 1912. His sister Margaret would have been 15 but I cannot find any trace of her after 1911 census when the 3 of them were borders in Pleck Rd Walsall.
Ellen is down as married but I Icould not locate their father, George E Mills born in Coseley 1867, in the 1911 Census.
Would Margaret have been put into Service or sent to a home for girls ?
Any suggestions welcome

Hi all,
I am looking for a long lost relative Edward G Mills born 1903 in Walsall , father George and mother Ellen. He had an older sister Margaret who would have been about 15 in 1912.
Ellen died in 1912 and Edward was sent to a boys home or orphanage
He ran away from the farm and worked his passage back on a ship and was back in Walsall in 1930.

Said to have married a Welsh girl and "moved up north "
I have found ;-
Marriages Mar 1935 John Gwyneth O Edward G Mills 6d 460
Births Mar 1936 Mills Glenys O mother's maiden name John E.Glamorgan 11a 1158
Does anyone have him in their family tree. Lots of info to share.

Hi All,
I am looking for a McFadyen family where the parents Thomas and Ann and most of the children ( Sarah, Thomas , Samuel and Ann) were born in Ireland
I have the last child, in my records, born :-
Margaret Adam McFadyen parents Thomas McFadyen and Ann Fox
Birth 29th November 1840 Abbey (Paisley) Renfrew Scotland.
Scotland appears to be over run by Irish immigrants and many with the Mcfadyen name.
Any help appreciated.

Hi All,
I am looking for a lost relative said to have been raised in an orphanage and sent to Canada. Story goes that he ran away and returned to UK by working his passage on a ship
I have a Canadian record for a Edward George Miils aged 20 shipped out in 1923 . I have found a birth record that may fit.
Sep 1902 Mills Edward George Walsall.
Does he appear in any orphanage records in 1911 Census.

1st wife hannah is not in 1851 Census and i have
Deaths Dec 1849 a number to choose from in Staffordshire only one in Lichfield
