Hello, my Nan showed me a british legion badge she had along with some other medals that were my great grandfathers. I am not sure if the badge itself was his, but I was wondering if there is a way to find out more from the number on the back? A 185846

My grandfather, Bill Taylor was a member of The Cath Jones Dance Band, that operated in cheshire and the surrounding areas in the 1950s. I know Cath had a music shop in Sandbach Cheshire.
I am trying to find newspaper entries or anything that can be found about the band. A real goal would be finding a photograph.

Hello, Does anyone have access to the 1663 visitations? I know the earlier ones are available online, but cant see this one. Trying to find out more about Ralph Bruen of Tarvin who married Elizabeth Litteler.

Cheshire / Missing marriage record

Hello,
I am trying to find the marriage between Thomas Woollams b1845 Tattenhall and Elizabeth Almond b 1845 Churton.
They are in the census's in Tattenhall in 1871 with children Elizabeth 1865, Emily 1868 & Harriet 1870.
I suspect Elizabeth is Elizalbeth Allmand reg 1864, which would mean the marriage is between 1864 and 1868. I cant find the record anywhere!
Can anyone help?

Hello,
I am stuggling to read the part about Edmund Gamull, who I think along with his son Thomas are executors of John Gamull's Will (1606).
I am trying to establish the relationship between Edmund and John. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as the Edmund was part of the landed gentry and it would be pretty interesting to get a link like that on my tree!
