Dear all

I have posted this old and crumpled photo in the hope that some clever person might be able to straighten it out a bit and give it a clean and tidy.
I can see that the original was taken with poor lighting and some of the faces are very dark though.
Although a whole restoration would be fantastic, it is the oldest girl at the back that I am particularly interested in (my nan) so if her face can be saved, or if she can be removed from her siblings, that would be good too.
I will be grateful for any help that you can give.

Thank you for looking.

I wonder if anyone has access to the Haddiscoe parish registers who might kindly check the following for me please.
I am looking for some baptisms ~1848 to 1855 of children of Henry and Mary Stammers.
Martha ~1849
Eliza ~1852
Esther ~1854
or any others?
Although the birthplaces for the above children are given as Suffolk parishes I haven't been able to find their baptisms.
The family moved around alot and at the time of the 1851 census they are living in Haddiscoe so wondered whether their baptisms might in fact be there?

With best wishes
Anne

Dear all

I wondered if some kind person could have a go at colouring this wedding please.  The official photos were all black and white but a relative took a coloured snap (the only one!) which I'll post for comparison purposes.

Thank you for looking.

Dear All

Please would it be possible to clean and perhaps colour this lovely lady from 1893?  She has a few age spots!

Many thanks
Anne

Free Photo Restoration & Date Old Photographs / 1930's Wedding

Dear all, I frequently visit this board and admire the fantastic work carried out by you wonderful people.  I have been wanting to upload a photo for some time, so this is my first attempt.

I wondered if you might be able to attempt a clean and colour on my grandparents' wedding picture - this is the only one we have.

The bride wore pale blue and carried curly white chrysanthemums.  I think the bridesmaids were wearing a dusky pink colour.  Unfortunately the small bridesmaid moved her head!

As a second request, would it be possible to remove everyone else from the picture and just keep the bride and groom?

Thank you to all and any of you who attempt this.

Suffolk Completed Lookup Requests / Creeting St Mary MI help please

Hi Rick

I see that you are offering to do lookups relating to the Monumental Inscriptions at Creeting St Mary.  I wonder if you might be able to look up any which relate to the HARVEY family please.

If there are too many Harveys, please let me know and I'll try and be more specific.

Many thanks
Anne  :)

Would some kind person help me please?

I'd like to know if  there's a  headstone for a burial in Lorne Road Cemetery, Brentwood, and if it does exist, then to know the inscription please.

A photograph of the headstone would be the icing on the cake  ;D ;D

The grave I'm interested in is:

Emma Glassen
Date of Burial: 2nd June 1922
Age 45

Burial Plot: C143

What I do know is that Emma was buried in a common grave, already occupied by a Mary Wise (buried 1904).  Whether there's a headstone is extremely dubious.  Would it be possible to place a headstone for one person, when the grave is already occupied by another unrelated person?

If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

Thank you,

Anne.
