Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Latin Translation Amherst Family of Amherst, Pembury, Kent

At the conclusion of the Pedigree of Amherst found in Miscellanea Genealogica et Heraldica pp. 98-100 is found the following line in latin. Would you please be able to give me the English interpretation for it.
"Walter de Hemherst p' chartam sua' sine data dedit 4 denar' et 1 obitu' annu' Redd' Canonicis de Begeham q' Rogerus de Hemehurst quonda' tenuit."

Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Wills of A'Court Family of Waltham, Kent

I have an early will in Latin of Robert Court of Elham dated 1499. I would really appreciate some help in transcribing a part of it as it mentions quite a few names, but I'm not entirely sure of all the relationships between them. As it is quite a large section of the secod half of the will that I need help with, I have attached it in four sections.

I am currently researching the Strogill/Stroughill family of Lydd and surrounding areas. I have ordered a couple of the early 1400's will of this family but am struggling with some of the latin in the wills. Essex / Will of Richard Wallforde the elder of Wethersfield 1589

Does anyone have a copy of the above will or of the transcript found in Essex Wills - Archdeaconry Court of Middlesex Vol 5 pp. 269-270. I have a copy of the first half of the will on page 269 but not the rest of the will on page 270.

Essex / Walford family of wethersfield and finchingfield

I would like to correspond with anyone who is researching on the above families. The History of Essex by Thomas Wright p. 609 states that "so incomplete are the early parts of the registers of Weathersfield and Finchingfield, that we cannot trace the family with accuracy until the end of the sixteenth century". The pedigree then listed begins with Giles Walford who resided at Finchingfield in 1540. I would like to know if anyone else has had a crack at trying to figure out the Walford family line prior to 1540.

Family History Beginners Board / Old land records in Ashford, Kent

Is it possible to find old land records in Ashford Kent? By will dated 1613, Elizabeth Asherst of Ashford Widow bequested the house and lands of which she was possessed in Ashford to her daughter, Mary Brissenden, wife of Isaac Brissenden. Is it possible to find what lands she was in possession of as I would like to find the name of Elizabeth's husband (who was obviously deceased by this time).
It would also seem that these lands actually ended up in the hands of her other daughter, Elizabeth Asherst, who married Erasmus Elmstone of Lenham, as by her will dated 1636, she bequeaths them to her son, Richard Elmstone.

Family History Beginners Board / Help with difference between elder/younger and senior/junior

Can anyone please help me with the difference in the use of the terms elder and younger as against the terms senior and junior.
I come against these terms used in wills and other documents, especially around the 1500s, and am not sure what the relationship between the people using them means.
EG. Does Senior and Junior, only refer to father and son or could it also refer to uncle and nephew or even grandfather and grandson. Was there any set rule to this?
Does Elder and Junior refer to father and son, uncle and nephew and/or elder and younger siblings within the same family?
So are the terms elder/younger and senior/junior used in the same way or differently?
Would really appreciate some help with this.

Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Help with Asherst Wills

I would really appreciate it if someone was able to help with the translation of the Will of Henry Esseherst dated 1463 of which I have attached the first part of the will in two sections to this post and I will attach the second part of the will again in two sections in the next post.

I would like to know, in particular, if the second line in the second half of the will refers to Edwd (Edward), henry (Henry) and agatha (Agatha) and does the will state what relation they are to Henry Esseherst. Also in the third line of the second part of the will, is Agatha his wife or is she the agatha referred to in the second line.
