Hi all
Wondered if it was possible to access Medical records of a relation between 1850 to 1890.
They were living in Cononley & Idle areas.

Occupation Interests / Completed 'Query of Occupation'
« on: Monday 09 November 09 16:18 GMT (UK)  »
Hi all
Question on Gt Grandfathers occupation.
On my grandmothers birth certificate it states fathers occupation as Tailor (journeyman).
I knew he was a Tailor but the journeyman in brackets is confusing

Hi all
Was wondering if anybody knows what paper covers the Cononley area around 1884.
Was looking for info on my Gt Grandfather's death.
Could have been suicide or an accident.

The Lighter Side / Death Certificate
« on: Friday 06 November 09 19:23 GMT (UK)  »
You always have that thought in your mind at why one of your relations died at an early age.
Well I had this with my Gt Grandfather he died when he was just 30 years old, so of course I searched for his death certificate.
Got it today & what a shock:
Wording on Certificate: Found Dead on the Midland Railway with his head severed from his body.

What a shock this was.
