Completed Census Requests / William Keen where was he in 1891 and 1901?

I am looking for William Keen /Kean born in 1847 in Measham, Derbyshire.
 
In the 1881 census William Kean aged 33 Years is found in the Nottingham Jail,

But what happened to him after that ?

I know he lived at Verdum Villa, Measham until his death around 1912

Would anyone have access to the 1891 census to do a lookup ?

Trying to prove a relationship between Richard and Mary Keen of Stow on the Wold

Richard born about 1655 and Mary 1658

SON John Keen, baptised on the 30th. July 1693 in Stow on the Wold, Gloucester. 

John keen  and Elizabeth Haynes
John born on the 30th July 1693, married Elizabeth  Haynes -Haines on the 30th april 1732 in Oddington, Stow on the Wold, Gloucester

SON,  George, born on the 26th December 1747, moved to Cubbington, Warwickshire.

George and Alice Keen
George, married Alice Hinde  around the 1780s

SON,  William, baptised in Cubbington, Warwickshire on the 28th. July 1790,
 
William Keen & Mary Armstead Of Measham, Derbyshire

William married Mary Armstead, daughter of  Francis  And Elizabeth Armstead .
In, Measham, Derbyshire on the 26th.December 1811,

I am trying to locate an elusive Kershaw and Balmforth family and would love some help.

I am having trouble finding anyone researching my Kershaw Line from Northowram beginning  with

1682  Nathan Kershaw and Sarah Shaw
1717 Isaac Kershaw Mercy Lofthouse  
1748 Jacob Kershaw  & Hannah Bennett
1776 Jacob Kershaw  & Mary Scholfield
 
Below is The line I am sure of

1809 Abraham Kershaw  & Hannah Balmforth  1851 Swamp, Northowram, Yorkshire

Abraham Kershaw 41 a reed & heald maker employing 2 men  
Hannah 40 wife (Balmforth)
Rebecca  17  reed wire drawer
Elizabeth  16  reed wire drawer
Isaac 14   heald knitter
George 12  wire dresser  
Mary Ann 9 errand girl
John 6
Margaret   4
Sarah Jane 1

1836    Isaac Kershaw & Sarah Laycock  
1881 Census Market St. Thornton in Bradford
Isaac Kershaw 44 years occupation a reed maker.
Sarah Jane aged 38 years,
Abraham, 19 years was born in Thornton Telegraphic engineer,
Frank, 15 years was born in Clayton worsted spinner,
Arthur 13 years was born in Thornton, worsted spinner
Elizabeth, 10 years was born in Clayton student.

 
Isaac  and Sarah Kershaw were in Leeds in 1891/ 1901.

Their son Abraham was the founder of A Kershaw and Sons Harehills  Leeds
Abraham Kershaw and Martha Beilby had sons Cecil and Norman and a daughter Dorothy
 
Unfortunately I have been unable so far to trace a living relative in England, but I am not giving up Hope.
