Offaly (Kings) / Hogan family

Hello,
I am trying to find out information on my great-grandmother, Beatrice Hogan. She came to the US in the early 1900s. Her immigration records list her father as Michael Hogan, who lives in Lusmagh, Banagher, King's County (Offaly), Ireland. When I searched the Irish Census, I found a Michael Hogan living there, but not with any child named Beatrice. In fact, I cannot find anybody named Beatrice Hogan in either the 1901 or 1911 census, who is around the same age. Perhaps Beatrice was her middle name. We think that she was born around 1896.
She died in a car crash in 1938, when my grandfather was a small child. We believe she had a brother named John. We cannot locate any information on her, but are very curious.
I realize that Hogan is a very common name, but I thought I might ask if you have ever seen anything about her. Or, if you have any tips on searching in Offaly County, that would be greatly appreciated. I appreciate your time.
