Kent / Brown family of Farningham, Kent c. 1820

Hello all,
A query as to whether anyone has access to old Farningham newspapers, 1828. I am looking for any tidbits of information on my ancestor George Brown, blacksmith of Farningham, died July 1828. I have no information on his family except the birth of his three children in Farningham - George, Mary and Hester, from 1819 to 1822. His wife was called Mary someone, born 1782 in Horne, Surrey. George was born around 1774, place unknown. I have found him in the Pigott's directory, I believe 1824, liviing in Farningham. I can find no marriage for George and Mary anywhere in Surrey, nor in Farningham. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
