Look up please for George Price b. Birkenhead about 1880 to John and Ellen Price. Looking for a marriage for George and I cannot find one. Have found marriages of some of George's brothers - Thomas Price, Albert Price, but not George Price, or John Price. I think William married an Isabella Garroch but I would like to find out if they had children. The family all lived in Birkenhead for a long time and I am searching for any second cousins.

Can anyone suggest a Birkenhead studio portrait photographers who may have operated in Birkenhead in the late 19th, eraly 20th Century please? My Great Grandparents, John Price and his wife Ellen Price (nee Schofield) had 7 children and it is quite possible a family photo' was taken of them in Birkenhead during those times.

I have been trying for years to trace possibly 2nd or 3rd cousins in Birkenhead - decendants of John and Ellen Price (1901 Census). I have tried most search sites and the local Press to no avail. Can anyone suggest any other way to trace?

Can the moderator please help me find out more about the occupants of 148 Beckworth Street Birkenhead (1901 Census) please. I believe my great grandmother Lucy Price lived there with her daughter, Ellen Price, my grandmother.

Can you please tell me where in Birkenhead this street is and indeed if it is still there!! I would be most grateful for your help.

I am researching my great grandparents John and Ellen Price both born in Birkenhead. Ellen's DOB was in 1840. As far as I am aware my grandparents had children by the names (one's I have so far) of William and Thomas. The family appear to have lived in Birkenhead most of their lives. Any help in tracing further Price family members would be welcomed.

Please can someone help me.I am trying to trace William Price, aged 7 in the 1881 Census I believe. I understand he is a son of John Price, aged 41 and his wife Ellen aged 40. Were there other sons named Thomas, Albert and John? What street did they live at in Birkenhead according to the 1881 census?
