Free Photo Restoration & Date Old Photographs / Fix Photo please of my Dad and family paddling in the sea

My dad is in the front of this photo so I know it is dated 1924. Can you improve the photo so I can try to identify some of the others by comparing it to other photos. Some colour would be nice too!
