London & Middlesex Lookup Requests / Charles and Maria Mann ( or any Mann members in Marylebone Middlesex )

Hello Folks.  I'm hoping someone can help locate the burial place of Charles and Maria Mann who lived in Marylebone Middlesex. Charles died in 1860 and Maria a few years later. I'm in New Zealand and am not sure how to locate some records. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I am hoping someone maybe able to looked the death records for Mary Ann Brown who I believe to be buried at All Saints cemetery in Stansfield Suffolk. She died on the 18 Feb 1871. Mary's husband was William - he remarried and came to New Zealand.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for the birth place of James Saunders ( Saunders Loder ).  I have found the following on family search.

John George Sanders or Loader England birth and Christening, 1538 - 1975
Birth 10 April 1839. Christening 30 April 1848 St Marks Kennington Surrey England
Father John Sander or Loader.   Mother Mary Sander or Loader.

This is not the person I am looking for however it maybe a lead. James Saunders was here in New Zealand in 1843.   Would be very grateful for any help. There is no certification in New Zealand that gives his parents name that I no of. Cheers
