Australia Resources & Offers / searching Twin Burial

 I am researching my twin sisters born Bendigo Base Hospital Dec  1939.
 They lived 15 mins, therefore had  a burial at Bendigo Cemetary on 24th Dec 1939.
 unnamed twins, funeral director William Farmer. DI section, no grave found
 Would there be a birth or death certificate?  or hospital records.
 Mother Dorothy Burton nee Priest   Father Clifford Harry Studley Burton.

I am searching a Minnie Louisa Davis, lived Lynehearst Street Wesport New Zealand  1905 1906 Cannot find shipping record of her coming to Australia between 1907 to 1912 ?
Had child Pearl Evevlyn  Davis 6/9/1906 in unmarried mothers home Salvation Army ?
Where do I start my search.
Minnie was born 1883 in Beaconsfield Tasmania
