Family History Beginners Board / JOHN HOWARD born in New South Wales 1835

WOULD ANYONE HAVE INFORMATION ON John Howard and his ancestors/connections he was born 1835 of Mathew and Margaret Howard his NSW birth entry at bdm reads district LD, I was led to believe he was born in Maitland.

Married Susannah Hansell my great grandmother, who in turn had Nessie Ellen Howard born 1876 my Grandmother.  Any information on John and his ancestors would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to find a connection with Thomas Steele born in 1708 to a Thomas Steele born 1728, and if Thomas born 1708 was married to a Jane Kirkpatrick and if she had the child Thomas Steele born 1728.     

Also trying to find if there is a connection to the Steele family if there are 2 Katherine Porters one born in 1666? and one born in 1697? in Cheshire UK.

Thank you for any help/direction you can give.

I am trying to track down Frances or Fanny Steele, (born of John Steele born 1773 and Mary Sherwin) christened Fanny in Warmingham Cheshire she had a child out of wedlock Matthew Steele, (my descendant) from what I have been able to find out she married a Thomas Hazles in 1817 thereafter Abraham Yoxall in 1849, but on this marriage entry it has her as Frances Taylor not Frances Hazles.
A census in 1851 has her listed as Frances Yoxall born in Middlewich approx 3.5 miles from Warmingham.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello
I am trying to trace a William Ansell born around 1765 in Balsham Cambridgeshire.
Married I believe to Ann Allen and Also Sarah Webb.
My connection is thru a son Joseph Hansell born around 1790.
wondered if anyone has further information I also cannot seem to find William Ansell's parents.
Many thanks for any help that you can give to point me in the right direction.

Wondering if anyone in Roots Chat could help with information on a John Manfield supposedly born 1665 in Marsh Gibbon Buckinghamshire UK he had a son James Manfield born 1690 in Nailsea Somerset I am trying to find confirmation of any birth/death/marriages not having any success for John, I believe that his father was Stephan Manfield, mother Anne Howell.

Hello Everyone

I am having a problem confirming a Elizabeth Powers.   I have found 2 one born in 1720 Higham Ferrers and one born in 1727 Thorne both appear married to Daniel Wyman (born 1722) in 1743??, my thinking is that there are 2 Elizabeth's both born to Samuel and Martha Powers and are sisters and one had a child David with Daniel and the other had around 6 children, records that I can find state that he married both??  I cannot find any further information to confirm this or which Elizabeth Powers follows our line thru Daniel 1722 from Daniel Wyman born 1699 married to Elizabeth Eccles. Hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.

Family History Beginners Board / Mary Prees and David Davies

I am trying to find out any information on a Mary Prees who had a child David Davies in 1743 in Llansantffraid, Radnorshire. Mary apparently had the child out of wedlock, father also named as David Davies. I do not know if Mary died early or married another person or who her parents were, any help would be most grateful as I have come to a dead end with her history apart from the birth record of her son.   David Davies the father I have not found his history either with the name being so common in United Kingdom.

Hi All

I am trying without success to find an ancestor David Davies who with Catherine Davies had a child Evan Davies in 1771 Radnorshire Wales, whilst I have information for Evan and Families I cannot find any information on David or Catherine, no birth no marriage dates etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
