I am trying to find the correct death date of my Eliza Whiteman who is my 2nd great grandaunt.
I have painstakingly sorted out her 2 marriages and correct children but have nothing on her after 1901 census. I am looking for information after that including her date.
Another Eliza in the area married a person of the same name in the same area with the same job which is making this confusing.

I was trying to read the other last names on the census. It says She is the daughter but has a different name.

We assumed it was their father Lewis Edward Vowles the father because of the middle and last name match. That doesn't look like Lewis to me.

The living person I am talking to said that in the mid 1950's he went to Rodney's house as a young man and was introduced to someone Rodney called his brother Al·be·it?

They were of British origin but lived in South Africa and Zimbabwe if that helps.

A bought birth Cert for Fanny stated that her father was Edward Jones. It is believed but not proven the Edward Jones even existed no marriage cert to Margret Wilmot and he never appears in any census.
