Australia / The Ships List - Johann Gottfried BARTEL (1765-1845)

Traveled on the "Patel" but listed as died at sea. Aged 80 from Brandenberg, Prussia. Married to Anna Rosina Langer (b 1773) and aged 72 on arrival in 1845. He was the father-in-law of Johann Gottlieb Paech. However, the name Anna Rosina Langer appears on several websites (including on 2 other occasions in mine) as married to Johann Gottfried Paech and he as dying at sea on the Patel in Indonesia aged 80 years.
Clearly there is a mix up somewhere unless there are several women called Anna Rosina Langer with similar histories. I have found this difficult to untangle given the many sources that have used the same information - presumably without a strong source document.
I'd appreciate any assistance provided
