Shropshire Lookup Requests / 1861 or 1871 look up request please

I am failing to find Edward Cadman or his father Thomas Cadman on any census.
Edward was born 1855 in Shrewsbury,
Edward married Elizabeth Mansell in St Chard Shrewsbury on the 11/03/1878.
Edward Died in Shrewsbury on the 14/06/1901

I am lead to believe Edwards father was Thomas Cadman, we have no idea who the mother was.

Any help will be very appreciated.

Armed Forces / Where do I start? Pioneer Corps

There is a sweet man in my block of flats who has asked me what I can find on his father and I do not know where to start other than his name was Robert Hutchings possibly born Surrey.
He is on the birth cert as Private 2188314 Pioneer Corps (sign writer)
His father died approx 1951 (my neighbour was born in 1945) so I guess Roberts was born approx 1930?
I know Robert Married Violet Ellen Langdon no idea where Violet was born.
If you could give me a head start it would make this sweet man very happy as his mother when she was alive did not speak about his father and he has never met his grandparents. I know they will not be alive but he would like to find some family.

Kerry / Davis Ardfert & Hanlon Killarney 1840 & Egan 1796 Killarney

On my family tree I have John Davis born 1816 in Ardfert who married Margaret Hanlon born 1819 Killarney.
They were married 16/02/1840 at a Roman Catholic Church in Ardfert.
They had two sons John Davis born 1842 and William Davis born 1842 some where in Ireland.
Can anybody tell me where they were born.
Between 1842 and 1881 they all moved to London.
Why did they move?
Margaret's parents were James Hanlon 1792 born Killarney and Mary Egan born 1796 also in Killarney.
William had a daughter Daisy Davis born 1888 in West Ham, Essex and I have no idea who her mother is, William later married Sophia (maiden name unknown) and had 5 children. Showing on the 1891 census as Ethel 1890, Ada 1893, Elsie 1895, Norah 1896 and Arthur 1900, all born St Andrews, Essex.
If anybody could fill in any gaps, or can go back later in time then I can, please could you let me know.

Bedfordshire Completed Look ups / Luton Church Cemetery

Does any body live close to Luton Church Cemetery who would kindly have a look to see if they can find a grave for Veronica Batten (her middle name was Davis, her maiden name was Douglas)
Veronica was born 1906, she was wife to Roland Batten & mother to Doreen, Rosamund, Geoffrey and Douglas.
She died between 1989 and 1991.
This lady was my grandmother. I was not allowed by my family to attend her funeral and I did not find out about her death until she had been buried/cremated.
If possible I would love a photo of where she is. I live in Taunton, Somerset. so if anybody wants me to search for a grave around here I am willing to and to take photos for you.

I recieved this email...
Unfortunately using the details you supplied I can find not record of
the above being cremated or buried here at the Vale in the time span you
indicated. Neither could I find any record of her burial in Rothesay
Road Cemetery (also council administered). It is possible she was
buried in Luton Church Cemetery.

Berkshire / Eleazor Batten 1640

Hi I am trying to trace the parents of Eleazor Batten born 1640, Believed to be in Berkshire, I know he married Frances Smith.
Eleazor could also be spelt Eleazer and also seen it spelt Eleazar, I have checked the IGI but nothing for 1640.

Warwickshire Lookup Requests / William Henry Mudie married ? Swann, look up please

We are yet again ready to scream I can not find any thing on William Henry Mudie born approx 1903 in Birmingham except he served in the Royal Hampshire Reg, we know who his children are but we are also stuck on the childrens mother, we know her surname is Swann, we know she was known as Lilly Elizabeth Swann, we think that she was older than William, we also known that she was from around the Birmingham area?
If anybody has come across her please could you let me know.
I have been looking for this woman for 2 years now.

Monmouthshire / Taylors of Llanfourt? Blaenavon

I am pulling my hair out , is there/was there a place called Llanfourt, Montmouthshire (which I know they mean MON) but on the next census when my lady Elizabeth Taylor was married and became Browne it states she was born in Blaenavon, Monmouth.
My partner was brought up in Pwllheli and Llanfourt, he has no idea about.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can find her siblings or parents.
Elizabeth Taylor was born 1851,
she got married in 1876 and become Elizabeth Browne.
Until I started this family tree I was 37 and not a single grey hair, its now 12 days until I am 39 and today I have found my 1st grey hair.

Surrey Completed Look up Requests / 1881 census look up please

Hi,
I am trying to find Ethelbert Horatio Browne born 1876, he was born in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey.
I am trying to find out who he was living with at the time and where was he on the 1891 census.
This guy just seems to of vanished but did have a son also called Ethelbert Horatio Browne born 1906 in Hartney Witney.
I am lead to believe that Ethelbert born 1876 is my great grandmothers brother but I am unable to find a 1st name for my great grandmother.
I think the name Ethelbert Horatio is such a great name that when I get a new puppy it will be his name.
