How do you go about requesting a French birth certificate if you do not have the father or mothers name. The only information that you may provide is the person for whom the certificate was issued?  Is this an impossible task?

Have already researched Civil Records using 'Presie Goold' But not 'Preston Goold' with no results for 'Presie Goold'.

Technical Help / Google Docs phasing out support Firefox 2.0

Google will be phasing out support for Mozilla Firefox 2.0 in March 2010.  They suggest as an alternative: Chrome.  However, for those of you who are still running Win98, Chrome isn't compatible, either.
