Durham Lookup Requests / Local newspapers in Hartlepool

Could any one let me know who would hold copies of the local newspapers in Hartlepool in 1913?
And whoever holds them whether they would do a search to see if an obituary appears in any of the papers (I do have the death date).

If any one can pass on a web site/info that would be great thank you  ;D

Hertfordshire / George/Martha WARNER living in Redbourn Herts in 1901

I wonder if there is any one out there who can help me please?

I have found George Warner/Martha Warner in the 1901 census living in Redbourn Hertfordshire.

The enumerator has George Warner as being born in Beeson/Beston/Berton/Beeton Hemel Hempstead and Martha as being born in Long Crendon Bucks.

I have made 1 attempt at a marriage cert for the above couple but it was wrong.

I would like to know where abouts Besson/Berton/Beeton Hemel Hempstead is? Should it be Bearton/Beeson/Beston  if it is if a person was born in these areas, where would they state they would have been born in previous censuses?  I have been unable to locate George Warner or Martha in the 1891 census or previous censuses.  I don't think they are actually a married couple.

Is there an expert out there who could narrow my search down of the Leeds 1871 census and point me in the direction of a district number where I could find Lower Headrow, Birches Yard, Leeds? 

I know for definite that the place I am looking for was in existence in 1867 but I would be extremely grateful if some one could let me know which sub registration district it comes under and if possible which district number.

I am looking for any info regarding the below details:

Frances Toby c: 01.03.1772 Glaston Rutland father James Toby mother Rebecca - info found at last on the IGI.

I have no idea where James Toby or Rebecca originate.

Frances Toby is the lady responsible for my father in law's descendant line but I have hit a brickwall with her parents.

I am trying to find James Toby's marriage to Rebecca ? and am starting with Rutland, does Glaston have a church?
Are there any parish registers for Glaston. 
If there are who has them?

I am sure that there are siblings as well but cannot state that they were born in Rutland as well.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated I look forward to any replies thank you.

We have a relative William Bacon b: 1825 Nayland who appears in the 1861 census with his son William Robert Bacon who was born in India.

We have found that William Bacon joined the Police Force in 1857 having previously been in the army.

Does anyone have knowledge of the army from the UK to India?

Was there a war in India in the 1840's and 1850's?

Would he have volunteered?

Did William take a wife with him to India - or marry out there?? 

Does anyone know any useful web sites for marriages in India?

I am struggling to find the Buckingham family, they appear in the 1881 census Elm Cottage Edmonton Middlesex

William Buckingham M 60yrs Meat Salesman b: North Marston Buckingham
Emma Buckingham M 36yrs b: Long Acre London
Alice Gregory U 17yrs b: Hendon
Albert Gregory 13yrs b: Hendon
Ada Gregory 9yrs b: Hendon
Agnes Gregory 8yrs b: London
Emily Gregory 6yrs b: Hendon
Alfred Gregory 3yrs b: Hendon
William Buckingham 1yr b: Tottenham

William and Emma actually married in 1889 Shoreditch 1c.

They all reappear in the 1901 census Chesterton Road Kensington

Emma Buckingham HD W 55yrs Dressmaker b: Long Acre London
Alice Elizabeth Gregory DA S 37yrs C Ba?kes? Cashier b: Childs Hill Hendon
Alfred GregorySO S 23yrs Butcher's Assistant b: Childs Hill Hendon
William Buckingham SO S 21yrs Butcher's Assistant b: West GreenTottenham
Percy Buckingham SO S 18yrs Railway Clerk b: New Barnet

But I cannot find any of them in the 1891 census can any one help or offer any suggestions please.
William Buckingham states through the census years that he was born Aylesbury and North Marston

Is it me or am I going mad!

I have a family:

Joseph Fox b: abt 1783 Wotton Under Edge
Samuel Fox (son) b: abt 1807 Wotton Under Edge
Sarah Fox (son's wife) b: abt 1815 Wotton Under Edge

They appear in the 1841,1851,1871 census living on Bradley Street Wotton Under Edge but I cannot find them in the 1861 census.

I have checked the enumeration district pages and have not seen Bradley Street.

Does any one know if Bradley Street census pages are there or if they are missing?

Look forward to any replies thank you (I need reassurance that I'm not going mad!)

We are particularly interested in a marriage that appears in the IGI records

Martha Urry marrying Andrew HENDY 24.10.1824 Shorwell Hampshire

Will or does the marriage show who Martha's father was?
