Can any one tell me how I go about getting a birth certificate for my great grandmother
[Maggie {Margaret} McClurg]
born in Killyleagh 31st march 1896. Baptised in the 2nd Presbyterian church.
I was told that I can no longer get one as there was a goverment change through last year.
I hope someone can help
