The parents of George and William Innes was recorded as being that of Robert Innes and Janet Carney.
William Innes was born 1 Jan.1629 in Saint Nicholas and George was born 16 Oct.1630 also in Saint Nicholas.

The extract for William I am unable to read it and need your help. See attachment.

With the extract for George here is what I was able to get from it: Robert Innes and Janet Carney ??? had a son baptized this day ( 16 Oct.1630 ) called George. George Innes, Thomas Gordon, George ???, Dame Gordone. I assume these last names were witnesses.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this is William in Montreal.
If you go to Libindx, in the cemetery letters, type in Ro286. This will show you the burial for Robert Innes of Mondole who was the son of William Innes of Burncrooks.
When William Innes of Burncrooks died he was to much in dept and Robert Innes of Mondole, his son, took over the payments of his debts
Only recently I was able to confirm with ScotlandsPeople that the William Innes shown in the Ro286 was actually William Innes of Burncrooks.
Consequently William Innes of Burncrooks did not leave a will but rather he is mentioned in the will of Robert Innes of Mondole

They used many names such as Iny, Inch, Innes and so on. Right now I am looking at the family of William Innes of Burncrooks. He had a son called Robert and Robert had a son called Jonathan. This Jonathan lived in Mortlach and Burncrooks.
Burncrooks is in the Parish of Roths
I would like to have more info on these two parishes.
Can you help???
