That sound brilliant, the story goes that he had two familys and the kids had the same names two Florences and two earls, I can see the florences but will look into it. he was a commercial traveller!!! on a marriage certificate for his daughter, canada Florence his occupation was a retired gentleman!! So it sounds like we have the same man, the wife in Canada was apparently a boston sea captains widow and was called Elizabeth.

I am looking for two pieces of info for James Davey Chenery.
I am looking for his death date and where he was in the 1901 census.
He was b 1852 Rushmere, Suffolk, England his parents were
Robert Chenery b 1811 - d 1892 and Harriet Davey b 1828
Hie wife was Sarah Alice Scrivener b 1855 - d 1898.
Their children were

Hi
I am looking for the death date and index number of the death certificate for Tom Eastley b 05 July 1863 in Loddiswell, Devon, England.
He married Mary Ann Salter b 1863 in Loddiswell, Devon on June 1889 in Loddiswell.
His parents were James Eastley b 1831 Loddiswell and d 1895 Loddiswell and his mother was
Mary Ann Kennard b 1836 Loddiswell and d 1914 Loddiswell.
I can only find him on one census in 1901. Where was he in 71,81 and 91.

His parents were Thomas E b1811 and Sarah b1815.
He had 3 brothers
John Thomas b1836
William b1843
Thomas b1855
I have census details of him in Towednack in 1851 and 1861 - then I find him in Nova Scotia, Canada in 1901.
where was he in 71,81,91. There are some very colorful stories on this chap including bigamy and running a whore house in Canada!!!!

looking for any info on Jemima Carnall born June 1857, her parents were William Carnall b1831 Exeter and Mary Ann Mudge b1830 Exeter, Devon.

James was born in Crediton, Devon and Henry in Exeter, Devon, their mothers brother William 1801 - 1851 Crediton, Devon and his wife Fanny Bennellick 1800 - 1872 Crediton, had a daughter called Fanny b1837 in Crediton, Devon. She married a chap called Richard Luscombe b1837 Helston, Cornwall they moved to Yorkshire, had 8 children. Fanny died Mar 1905 Bradford, Yorkshire and Richard died 1915 Bradford. Richard Luscombes parents were George Luscombe b1803 Loddiswell, Devon and died 1890 and Martha b1810 Ivy bridge, Devon, England d1890.
Hope this of some help, I haven't done a huge amount of work on my tree of the Luscombes but if I have some info you need I will happily pass it on.
