So that you are not solely conducting a conversation with yourself, I will add a bit about my Pipers

1. What I know is that a Charles Piper married an Ann Brown and they lived in Portland, Lorrha Parish, North Tipp in the first half of the 19th century.

2. I think the odds are that he may have been the son of the Charles Piper you refer to above from Rathkeale in 1769.

Based really only on the fact that there are no other Charles Pipers in Rathkeale!
