Oxfordshire Completed Look Up Requests / Kearse/Mansell
« on: Wednesday 12 February 20 16:46 GMT (UK)  »
My GGGGmother is Elizabeth Kearse baptised 1726 in Cogges. She married Thomas Mansell in Cogges 1755; Their offspring were Edward 1757-77, Ann 1759, Elizabeth 1761,John 1767' Edward 1777 & Robert 1780.
During my searches I came across the burial of Ann Mary Kearse Mansell 6 Jan 1848 in Cogges aged 54 but I cannot link her to any of this family or their offspring. I have ordered her death cert. pdf in the hope that I might recognise the 'present at death'
I look forward to hearing from & thank anyone who may be able to assist.

Yes, both just say Uppingham. No street name but in 1841 Elizabeth was in North Street. They were non-conformists and I have searched the local parish register when I visited the town a few years ago.

Rutland / Thomas GOODRICH burial
« on: Monday 13 January 20 16:03 GMT (UK)  »
Thomas GOODRICH was a wheelwright in Uppingham in 1804 with an apprentice Thomas Panden. I believe (not proved) that he married Elizabeth Wix in Wendling or Weasenham Norfolk in 1796. Two sons Thomas born in Uppingham 1797 & William born Uppingham 1800.
Thomas (senior) died in Uppingham 2nd November 1837 and his wife Elizabeth died October 1843 also in Uppingham. I am now searching for their burials and would greatly appreciate any help.
Thank you.

I am still searching for the death of George Hamley snr. I have tried Devon, Somerset & Gloucestershire. Any suggestions as to where else I can search? He must have died somewhere; maybe a parish that's not yet online?
Thank you for reading this again
