Antrim / Re: Watters-Lowry family, Antrim Co.

No such thing as "Antrim County".
The only Irish counties with names of that form were King's County (now Co. Offaly) and Queen's County (now Co. Laois).

I would if I could read it.

some of the traits are weirdly correct.

... and some are as wrong as they could be.
I see it as a waste of time, even if it doesn't cost anything.

US Lookup Requests / Re: death of Emily Moore Chase née Kirkwood

Thank you both.  I wonder why FamilySearch had to hide it away so well.
Anyway, she appears to have died in Oak Bluffs, where she was in the 1920 and 1930 censuses, so I'll stick with that one.  How silly to have two quite separate cemeteries with the same name in the same urban agglomeration.

Thank you, Aghadowey.

Billion Graves calls it Oak Grove cemetery, Vineyard Haven, but the map puts it on Pacific Avenue with the entrance right opposite Oak Bluffs town hall and public library.  I conclude that there is just one cemetery of that name in Martha's Vineyard, but people seem unable to decide which suburb it's in.
Weston Chase lived in Oak Bluffs.

US Lookup Requests / death of Emily Moore Chase née Kirkwood

Billion Graves shows a memorial in Oak Grove cemetery, Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts,
to Emily M. Chase 1873 - 1950.  Her husband (Harold) Weston Chase is also buried there.

I don't currently have access to Burke's Landed Gentry of Ireland,
but according to my notes the Kirkwood entry gives her death in August 1947.
I'm used to discrepancies between sources of a day or a week, occasionally a month,
but three years is rather a lot.
Would some kind soul with access to US newspapers be prepared to see whether there was an announcement or report of the death in 1947 or 1950?

I think you mean Ordnance Survey: ordinance has several meanings, but none of them to do with maps.

Thanks for looking.  I finally found it on FindmyPast, but only after a struggle:
their indexing leaves something to be desired.
