Hello

I am having my family tree printed and the Genealogy Printer tells me that I have the family who adopted my Gr Grandfather unattached.  I have been into the Help line on FTM and followed the instructions and I thought I had done it correctly, sent it off again and the printer tells me they are still unattached.  I have not ticked the boxes for them to be excluded. Can anyone help please?

I have tried rotating + I found on the drop down menu a User Define facilty where I was able to put in the size into the height and width + Portrait, saved it to a list for future ~ thought I had cracked it, hit the print button which I opted for print preview and it was turned around again ~ couldn't believe it.  Giving up now until I can phone Epson on Monday.

Hello Brian ~ no I want the photograph in Portrait with the height 6 inches and the width 4 inches. I have just remembered I have an Epson manual so I will have a read and hopefully will be able to solve the problem.

Hello

I am trying to print a colour photograph for a frame which is 6 x 4 inches (portrait) but I can only get it to print 4 x 6 inches.  I have tried rotating it but it turns it back to original 4 x 6 on the print layout page. Can anyone help me please without getting too technical!!!

It has printed the size I want so I think your solution has resolved my problem.  My printer is the default printer with a tick beside it.

Thank you Falkyrn I have downloaded but it didn't ask me to connect to my printer so not sure if it has worked. I will try and do some printing and see if it prints correct size

Hi everyone

I have recently bought a new Laptop Sony Windows 8 touch screen and I am having problems when printing photographs, it is not printing the size I have selected. Could anyone tell me if my printer HP Photosmart C4400 is compatible with my new laptop or do I need to buy a new one? If so any advice would be much appreciated.
