looks like I may have been on the right family don't find them on the 1901/1911. census, family rumours she had a difficult childhood workhouse.

Don't know why other than members of the family mentioned a brother named William, there is a William in this family.

  Margaret Connor   born  1896, Liverpool, married my grandfather, Roy Hepworth, Ogley in Liverpool
   Feb, 1921. her fathers name on the marriage certificate is William Connor. I have been working on
   the assumption her father was William Connor b 1861, married Mary Gallagher b 1865, but the
   problem is I cannot join these three people together, the Connors had four children. but I cannot put
   Margaret with this family any advice would be really helpful.   regards Steve

 torpedoed and sunk by U-183 (Heinrich, Schafer)
 about 200 miles southeast of sable island, Nova Scotia.
 cargo, ballast.
 all crew, and 11 gunners perished.

  107 rice lane, Walton workhouse, was also a hospital. think one of the Beatles was born there.

 then Birr (Ireland I think,)
 then April/May/June 1871 Ranikhet, India.

  there's a Walter Doyle-Kelly b 1886, sailed from Liverpool 6/11/1924, on the Oriana to Valparaiso Chile, occupation engineer.
