Yorkshire (East Riding & York) / William GELL b abt 1717, Wilberfoss, East Yorkshire - son of Richard Gell

I would love any information about these two people. William was my 4th great grandfather, and I'd love to know who his mother was, and who he married. Williams children were Jan b abt 1738, William b abt 1741, Thomas 1745 - 1836, Edward 1748, and Jospeh 1751.
Anything would probably be a plus.

Thanks so much for all the great info. Do you have any idea how I can find the Hintons - who are inlaws and on the 1940 Census. And I also have had no luck finding Mary Ann (Cross) Goodson's death.

I have Susanna Greswell born 1708 North Thoresby. She married George Rye in Lusby 03 Oct 1745.
As far as I know she and George had one child, Mary Rye born born in Lusby  Nov 1946. I don't know what the correct spelling 0f Susanna's surname should be.

London and Middlesex / Where might I find nursing records from St Giles Hospital?

My Mother trained there from 1939, and worked there until she joined the QAIMNS in 1942.
I am going to be in London for a few days at the end of Oct, and am looking to hunting our more about her family.

Trying to find births for these two people, Hannah was also b about 1700 supposedly in Threekingham.
Would like to find both parents, and also dates of death for them both.

They are Wills.

The dates will indicate the date of death rather than birth. ;)
