Online Scanned Will of Joseph Prentice late of Killylea County Armagh Farmer who died 7 February 1889 at same place was proved at Armagh by William Costigan Publican and John Bready Farmer both of Killylea the Executors.  Joseph mentions his sons Joseph and Andrew and grand-daughter Mary Jane.

Hi Judith,

On 30 October 1856, John Scroggy (son of John Scroggy) married Margaret Prentice (daughter of John Prentice) at the Killylea Church of Ireland, Parish of Tynan, County Armagh, Ireland.

This marriage is also recorded on family search under the spelling of "Seroggy"

From the Tithe Applotment Books 1823 - 1838:

1827, Eliza Scroggy at Tullybrick Bond, Parish of Tynan, County Armagh.
1827, Jane Scroggy at Middletown (Tenements), Parish of Tynan, County Armagh.
1835, John Scroggy at Edenvale, Parish of Connor, County Antrim.
1827,  Widow Scroggy at Tullybrick, Parish of Tynan, County Armagh.
1825, Wm. Scrogie at Waterard, Parish of Desertcreat, County Tyrone.
