Does anyone know that the abbreviation c.s.a. stands for in a workhouse discharge entry, appears in the column for reason for discharge 1903.

Many thanks for any insight :)

I did check Genuki and also did a general internet search before I asked the question, but found no answer. I'll try the archives.
Thanks anyway

Warwickshire / Duplicate burials in St Philip and St Mary, Birmingham
« on: Thursday 09 May 19 09:07 BST (UK)  »
Hello,

Can anyone tell me why I am finding duplicate burials recorded in the register for St Philip, Birmingham and the register for St Mary, Birmingham. I see St Philip is the cathedral so I wondered if St Mary was a chapel within it, but as far as I can see St Mary was a separate church in Witall Street.

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Yorkshire (West Riding) / Dent - place called Blaybeck?
« on: Wednesday 04 July 18 17:53 BST (UK)  »
Has anyone come across a hamlet/farm called Blaybeck within the Chapelry of Dent near Sedburgh. I saw it today in the parish registers, but can't find it on any maps.

Thanks for any insight anyone can offer. :)
