World War Two / Help with Military Acronym

Hi,
I have a relative who served in the Royal Artillery during WW2. He was in the Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment, 413 Battery.
However on the 1 Sept. 1945, he was attached to 82 S/L (Search Light) Regiment of Royal Artillery for 'draft RAALG'
Can anyone shed any light on what 'draft RAALG' means?
On 9 Sept. 1945 he was posted to 10 H&SC, unit Xiv in North West Europe, 14 Sept. 1945 to 49 RHU, unit Xiv.
I think RHU is Reinforcement Holding Unit, but not sure what H&SC could be.
Any help appreciated.
