I found her maiden name at family search.org, don't have fathers name. Thanks for the 1841 & 1851 info, was there an address for 1841 other than Hulme?

Thanks for your reply, I don't think its the same Margaret, my Margaret was married to a Robert Lamb in 1861 with 2 children, Martha age 18yrs & Margaret 11yrs. I suppose there could be a link somewhere but where I don't know, if I do find a link you will be the first to know. best of luck in your search, Tony.

Any improvement and or colour would be wonderful of this photo of my g grandfather born in 1832 at Warton Lancs. Do you think the background is a studio or outdoors?

Thanks to all. I did try to find her myself as I said in my first topic and thought I missed something and needed a bit of guidance. Any way  someone has informed  me about using the free 1911 index which I didn't know about, so I will soldier on as they say, thanks again for your time and effort, Tony.

Mary Annie is 24 yrs on the marriage cert and it says her father was a blacksmith. The 1901 census looks like Ianson and on the 1991 it definitely is. Thomas's address is 6, Cobourg St, St Pancras. They were married at St Pancras register office. Thomas was 28 yrs at marriage. Thomas's father was a carpenter. Thomas Ianson was married on the 1891 census to Elizabeth but as I pointed out, his wife is not mentioned on the 1901 census, I don't know what happened to her, Tony.
