I recently found out that Charles Renaghan from Drumnahavil Derrynoose Keady died 9th Nov 1883 aged 80 yrs old. He was married, Farmer. I would love to know his wife's name and if they had any other children besides Mary who died 1906 age 58yrs.

Any info at all most welcome.
Thanks

Bernard Hughes married Mary Renihan/Renaghan 3rd Sep 1872. Bernards father was called Peter from Kilkreevey Otra Madden and Marys father Charles from Drumnahavil Derrynoose.
(I tried to attach the marriage cert but there was an error)

Also does anyone know the distance between these 2 townlands? Im wondering how they could have met..

Any info about Bernards father Peter or Marys father Charles would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

Armagh / Re: Armagh Laundry workers register?

Aghadowey,
Im told the laundry was just known as Armagh Laundry. It was located outside the city on the old Moy Rd and was beside The Callan river. I dont think it had any connection with Magdalene laundries.

Mary was born 1871 in townland of Lislea & died 1948. She married Henry Kirk and had 8 children. Her mother was Mary Moore & father John Farrell. Can anybody find any further details please?
Thanks,
