Andrew HASSETT died 1944 in Camperdown, his wife Ruth died 1970.

Has anyone access to Camperdown Cemetery records to see if they are buried there?

Has anyone claimed connection to TORQUIL Mcleod aged 83 who died in Royal Park in 1939 #1103 parents John Mcleod and Nellie McLennan? est dob 1856.

Is he the same one who was born 1857 in Warrnambool to John and Margaret?

I believe that he is. He is the son of John McLeod and Margaret nee McLeod. He married Margaret McLeod in 1893. Margaret is the daughter of Lachlan McLeod and Annie nee McLeod.

Lots of McLeods - no wonder they are so hard to track.

I had done some research on this family previuosly.

I had believed William Rowe (brother of James)had come to Australia married Mary Ann Rosewall in 1871 in Victoria.

They had one child Richard born 1872, died 1875.

William died in 1875.

Mary Ann then married Richard Goldsworthy in 1876, and had had 4 children with him.

All births deaths and marriages in Victoria.

Yes, Dale I can. When you say look them up, do you mean that you don't know if they are there?

Or, am I looking for headstones of those you do know are there.

All the people mentioned died in Warrnambool, and I believe they would be buried there also. I do not have access to a headstone register to verify if they have headstones or not - though another posting suggests that the only one  with a headstone would be Frederick Vern and his wife Rita
