Just logged onto RootsIreland and found a marriage that I would like to purchase only to find out that I have to pay a minimal £20!!!!!  I only use that site once or twice a month and it's just not economical to pay this for one or two records....

Anyone else cheesed off?

So far I've got....

In an ---- ----- to the paternity of a child named Elizabeth Wilson at the ---- ----- Elisabeth Wilson  ------ ----- residing at ----- Gartness in the parish of Shotts against David Simpson assistant ---- Dundee?? the sherriff o fthe court for favour on the 10th day of Oct 1855 found that the ssaid child born April 1st 1885 was the illegitimate child of the aforesaid.

Hi I'm looking at a Petty session report and cannot decipher the outcome of the case, I'm not sure if it's a ditto mark or something else.  any suggestions welcome.
